Hello, We want to use the "Text Tag Extraction" feature (https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/text-tags-extraction/) but we can't find a way to get it working. We've tried examples from multiple sources (including the example from .net sdk and from the link above) and none of them works.. We've found in release notes (http://docs.esignlive.com/content/f_release_notes/esignlive_release_notes.htm?Highlight=release%20note&_ga=2.210075413.1210747995.1507701793-2134446049.1500914035#Release12) that only "integrators" can use it.

The process involves site surveys and cost estimates to determine whether the price on the service provided is accurate. We have already committed to the customer that we will provide Service by having them agree to our terms of Service.

We're using document extraction to populate a Signature Date field with the date of signing via naming a form field with something like this: [Signer1.Capture1.label1.Date]. We're not able to use any template as we need to pre-fill client-specific values to the [pdf] document everytime which becomes readonly when presented to the client during signing ceremony. Now, we have a new requirement to dynamically populate a separate date field by adding a fixed # of days to signature date, which is to reflect right after signing.

We need to remove the ability for users to download the signed PDF through the web interface, both via the emailed signature request and the browser based version (using host/access?sessionToken={mytoken}). We've tried to set the WithoutDocumentToolbarDownloadButton setting flag, but the button is still appearing.
