I am retracting this post.  We met with OneSpan and learned a bit more about what we were asking for and so I have removed this question.  I am not seeing an option to delete this forum post directly, so I simply changed it.

We use Salesforce with OneSpan. We are using API integration to merge field values from salesforce into OneSpan template fields.

I have a Salesforce field that is a Rich Text Area field, formatted as HTML.

I haven't tried this yet, but is it possible to pass this value into a long area field and have it be formatted as html?

Error message displayed after I uploaded a bulk recipient file.  

•    Where is an example of the upload bulk recipient file?  The file in the demo video  (How to create a template) is misleading. 
• I have tried to follow the direction too.  

Is there a limit to how many signers you can add to a transaction?

What about for bulk sign?

I'm using OneSpan's workflwo integration with Laserfiche to automate sending documents for signatures.

I'm pasting text tags in the document to be signed, then my workflow sends it to onespan for signature. This works fine on MS word documents. I paste the text tags shown below, in the word document and the tags are replaced by the correct values.

I got "error.validation.vulnerableInput" when update signer with signer's first name as "<cindy>", and it seems this is new error after v11.56, would you please confirm? and what's this error message for? and in which scenario this error will throw?

What is the maximum number of templates that can be created under a single Esign account. 

I am attaching a screenshot for reference of template that I am referring to. IS there a limit on this template number under one account or a user can create as many as templates?

when generating the download of documents through the OSS - Transaction Export & Download Tool .jar, not all the supports that were signed on the web are evident

Through the web on the portal you can download complete information. But when they use the tool it does not download all the information if the transaction has documents with the same name, only downloaded one.
