Hi team, In our current implementation, the email notifications for package completion event are meant to be sent for each signer, and CC to the package owner by default. For example, if you have two signers, then the package owner will receive two notifications in total as it is meant to be. But we have a client who's asking whether their package owner can avoid receiving multiple CC'ed emails. Any workarounds for this? Thanks.

We know it is possible to configure the Reminder Schedule (days until first reminder, days between reminders, number of repetitions) at the package/transaction level after the package/transaction is created, using API before 11.16, both API and UI after. We are Generating the documents from another vendor WK(Wolters Kluwer) and passing it to onespan Esign. But we are facing issue while mapping the X/Y coordinates. Because top/left fields of e-sign are calculated from top left of the page and Wolters Kluwer works like x/y coordinates start at the bottom/left. Please share the field name of Esign through which we can map the x/y coordinate or bottom/left coordinate of Wolters Kluwer(Wk) with Esign.
