Good Afternoon, I am using the On Premise verson 6.5 and recently tried to download the evidence document from a finished package. However that document was blank. I have tried turning on a couple of the backoffice settings, specifically "Evidence Summary" and "e-Witness recording", but this doesnt seem to cause this document to be available, either on existing packages or newly signed ones. Can you tell me the settings i need to turn on in order to produce this document?
I receive eSignLive Callback failed emails sparingly, even though I receive the callback successfully. The email body resembles the following: URL: https://wwwmywebsite.com/listener/ Payload: {"@class":"com.silanis.esl.packages.event.ESLProcessEvent","name":"PACKAGE_COMPLETE","sessionUser":"Signer","packageId":"mypackageID","message":null,"documentId":null,"createdDate":"2019-04-16T21:11:56.807Z"} Reason(s): java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException Any idea how I can prevent these all together? Sometimes a week goes by without receiving one, and sometimes I'll get 2 in a row.
Dear all, As you can see from the screenshot attached, normally next to the radio buttons we have the text “Agree”, “I don’t Agree”, which seem to be covered(hidden) by the placeholder markup code in the produced document in the Signing Ceremony. The markup I am using to add the radio buttons is: {{*esl_Radio1:signer1:Radio:Group("Option1"),size(12,12)}} {{*esl_Radio2:signer1:Radio:Group("Option1"),size(12,12)}}
Hey team, We are looking for setting different contents for each email templates. I found some information about email message from this link: https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/email-message/ Is there any way to use email message in the customized email template? Thanks in advance! Hanyu
I was wondering if there was any way to have a signer sign twice in the signing order. Here's an example of what I'm trying to do... I work at a university and we want to put our faculty evaluations in eSignLive. So first the faculty member will fill out the evaluation with a self-evaluation of their performance and sign it. Then it would go to the program director who would review their evaluation, provide their own feedback of how they believe they have performed and sign it.
