Hi, We've a form that has multiple radio button groups and we would like to overlay the eSL radio buttons on it. Does eSL allow multiple radio button groups? e.g. a radio button group for Gender ( Male or Female), Employee Status (employee or contractor) etc.

We have existing Nintex workflows, using CoSign for electronic signatures. We are investigating changing to eSignLive for signing. Is it possible to have multiple signers in a flow, with some signing in parallel and some signing only after others have approved/signed?

Hi, Is there a way to create a new user in eSL using SDK's or Rest API's? I understand that .inviteUser() is one of the option to create a new user, but that would mean that the user has to actually go through the email and perform the 'Account Registration' step. Is it possible to bypass that step and create a new user account directly? Thanks.

Hi, In my project, we are implementing eSignlive solution to solicit electronic signature from customers. Besides the signing documents, we have to additionally present a few static documents(docs that do not require electronic signature) to the customer, prior to the actual signature being applied. For this, we are planning to utilize the 'Templates' feature of eSignLive and display the same at the time of signing ceremony. However I had a question pertaining to this- Can we display specific static documents based on some input(s) that can be sent over, maybe at the time of package creation

Hi, We are implementing electronic signature capture on some of our documents and I'm currently in the process of setting up outgoing notifications to customer once signature has been obtained. i.e signing ceremony is complete. For speed, I used the sandbox. I believe this is a basic functionality that has been around for a couple of versions. I wanted to know if the completion email sent to the customer can be customized per our organization requirements like affixing our company logo, incorporating our company helpdesk number etc... I’ve attached the raw images if it helps.

Hi, Could you please tell me if the following is possible using esignLive UI (we do not want to go the API route) 1) If the package has say 5 signers , can we set it up such that the first 3 sign sequentially and the last 2 in parallel 2) If the package is set to have all signers sign in parallel, can the package still complete even if one of the signer declines to sign please revert asap thanks Neel

Hi, We are implementing eSignature application for our field agents who would solicit electronic signature from their client on their tablet. Business has provided us a requirement that at the time of signing document XYZ, there needs to be a prompt or a reminder for the agent in Section 3 & 4 of document XYZ. This prompt should remind the agent to discuss & confirm the selection made in Section 3 & 4 with the customer, The reminder can be in any form-- pop-up or sticky note or red asterisk on that section etc but it should not be present in the final full executed agreement(once a

currently the first name, last name, and date are placed in the signature block. Can other data also be placed there, specifically the signer's title? Can this be placed with the signature or can it be placed in another location? Is this a back office setting? Can this be done through the api?
