Hello, Is there a way to swap email for signature blocks? For example: I added '[email protected]' as buyer and '[email protected]' as cobuyer. Now i want to swap these signers. When i try to update the signer information in this case, as the cobuyer email is already present and when i try to update the buyer information with cobuyer information, it is throwing me an error 'Email already in use' as email is unique identifier. Is there a way to swap these two signers? Could you please help me out with this. Thanks, Sushma

Is there any limit to how long a signed package will "live" (i.e. be available for user download) on eSignLive? From what I can see, unless the package is explicitly "trashed" or "archived", the package will remain out there for user download forever - is that the case? Is there some kind of quantity limit involved? i.e. can we can only have X signed packages stored with eSignLive before we reach some kind of storage limit?

Hello, We are getting a red error message in the UI when we attempt to elevate my eSignLive user account from a "Member" to a "Manager" that indicates we've exceeded our user limit. From what I can see, we have a license that lets us have 15 active users. We currently have 16 total users, with 1 user currently being inactive. My user is currently active, but it is set to "Member" level privileges - does anyone have any idea why we would receive this message when trying to elevate my user's access? Thanks! Nick

Hi, Can we know what all email validations are using ( example:[email protected], .in , .org)

We are integrating eSignLive in our application and we have a situation where Business would need a partially signed document. In other words, let's assume that there are 3 signers on the document and the details have been passed to eSignLive through the package, Once the first signer has signed, can our application retrieve the document from eSignLive ? This partially signed copy or image of the document is required by our back-office for processing further.

Once an approval step is completed in the BPM, it needs to complete signing without the user having to go to eSignLive. We need : 1. Sample code for programmatically completing signing. 2. I have a question related to some custom fields that we are using in one of our documents we're planning to send through eSignLive for the signature process. At the bottom of the document, we have three fields (in this order from left-to-right): Applicant Name (free form) >> Signature (signature) >> Title (free form) >> When presented with a document laid out like this, I think the vast majority of users are going to: (1) Type their name into the "Applicant Name" field (2) Click the "Signature" box and complete the signature process After step 2, the default behav

Team, I have been going through your eSignLive’s JavaScript Event Notifier feature (https://www.esignlive.com/blog/esignlive-event-notifier/) and this is pretty interesting feature. I have a question on this, Is there any way we can get the current iframe document id or document name along with the event. for example, I confirmed signature on document 'X' in a package, Can parent window notify document name/id along with 'ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:DOCUMENT_CONFIRM' event?
