Hi, We are integrating eSignLive with an application in our organization and came to know that a shared email address is required for integration. If yes, please advise if a) There is any specific naming convention required for the email address b) Do I need to mention any size limit for receiving/sending email c) Any other particular item I need to take care of during email id creation? Regards,
I'm wondering what kind of "out of the box" options eSignLive may have to facilitate a requirement of ours. We are fulfilling the role of sender and the signers are (obviously) filling the role of signer, but what if we had a 3rd party who was not either a sender or a signer but is interested in knowing the current status of the package? (Is it complete? Trashed? Partially signed?
Document Extraction doc. All of my subdocuments have among others three fields: A signature field that needs to be captured. A date field that should be auto-entered. In some cases, a printed name field that I want filled automatically with the Name given to the relevant placeholder. The instructions are unclear as to how this should be handled. Can you help?
These questions are regarding the Evidence Summaries we have available for each package: – Does the signer role listed have to be unique regardless of a unique package? Example: Package1 – signer1, signer2; Package2 – signer3, signer4; etc and so on. Or does how we label the roles matter if its a unique package? – This question probably ties into the last one I am guessing. We were looking at the “Signer ID” on the evidence summary and curious what that is used for and how others may have used that with their integrations. What is its purpose?

I have been trying to wait to ask more questions and consolidate them in one post for you. Your welcome. :) Regarding the iframe/inperson signing ceremony. In the package API that we send to eSignLive to create the signing ceremony iframe, is an email address for each signer required? Edit (mwilliams): Other questions moved to a separate post. https://community.onespan.com/forum/questions-about-evidence-summary

Hi, Let's consider a practical scenario where there could be a possibility of feeble internet connection at the customer location, In such a case, can I print a copy of the document (yet to be electronically signed) from eSignLive ? Is there a 'Print' button available ? This is just a backup and can help in obtaining the wet signature from customer and close the deal .
