I have a workflow that was previously working but is now terminating the workflow with messages "Failed to send documents for signing.  For more details see the logs in the windows event viewer"

The only logs in the event viewer that seem to correspond are in the system logs with an event ID of 10016 and a source of DistributedCOM.  I triggered the workflow twice and this error showed both times:

Our Onespan integration is only with Laserfiche and we have updated the Onespan database schema after our migration to Laserfiche version 11.

We have run the installer file on our servers and created the new database schema. Still the button to edit the configuration is greyed out, and Laserfiche workflows are not connecting.

I'm testing the "Integrating Secure Channel Based Authentication via Cronto" flow on the Sandbox, using the Android app as an authenticator (DIGIPASS Long SV.apk).

I successfully called /users/{userID@domain}/generate-secure-challenge and generated a Cronto image for the challenge generated. After that I selected "Image Challenge" on the Android app and tried to scan the image but got "The flashed image is invalid.". While rendering an image I was using standard parameters (type: HEXSTRING, format: CRONTO, imageSize: 210).

I am having a problem with the Laserfiche Connector:

I select a document in LF then click "Send with OneSpan"

The document shows in the list of Documents on the Create New Transaction screen.

I add the sender's email, name, and signers then click Create.

The Transaction is created but doesn't show the document from that was on the screen previously - only the "Electronic Disclose" is showing on the screen - I have to manually attach the document that I selected in Laserfiche before I can proceed.

After installing, "Send with OneSpan" is visible via Webclient on the "Custom Actions" & elispis tab.

When clicked, "Something went wrong" displays after 15 seconds.

When scanning CRONTO using onespan app, I keep getting error message "invalid activation parameters".

The activation password used to create the CRONTO(Hex) was from an offlineMDL registration.

Is there a special app that I need to use to receive the device code after scanning contro?

I am testing on the Sandbox the /generate-votp service I successfully tested the Email Flow, but when i tried to test the SMS  i recived the following error:"status": 500, "error": "Internal Server Error", "message": "Unable to execute request", "service": "authenticator-management",

My Questions are:

Is SMS sending flow enabled on the sandbox?

What should i put on the "mdcProfile" field if i am from Latin America?
