I followed the instructions to copy the layout/templates from the Sandbox to Prod environment and received the message that they were successfully copied.

Hi Duo,
I understand you were assisting amfulton with an issue with the copy tool yesterday.
We followed the updated instructions, and we were able to copy 5 of 6 templates.
This is the error message received:
