I have a scenario in which multiple signers can be part of same role.
Like role1 has Signer1, Signer2, and Signer3
When this role1 is linked with Document1 to sign at mentioned location, only Signer1

Hi,
My scenario is, we want to customize the emails send to signers so that the link is not sent in the email and they are just provided with instructions to login into our application to do so.

Reply to: Multiple Signers in a Role
Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 07:03amAs per documentation here, We can define more than one signers in role.
And this role.id is what is mapped with documents.approvals.role
So, If I have 3 signers in one role (say role1) and then map this role1 with documents.approvals.role, then only first signer is getting email.
So, whats purpose of having array of signers in role?

Also I didn't get any error when I passed array of signers in one role in my JSON request.
Reply to: Find signer who opted-out/declined package
Friday, May 4, 2018 at 08:55amIt means I need to make multiple calls if I have more than 1 signers.
I found https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/opt-out-and-decline-messages/#rest-api is returning "id" in messages. Can this be used to figure out the Signer who opted-out ? (Considering this will be Signer Id passed in JSON while creating package)
Reply to: Add a signature date field
Monday, June 25, 2018 at 07:24amHi Duo,
Thanks for the reply.
I tried the document having only date bindings and it worked fine. Now, I have a document in which there are total 5 fields.
1 place for Rep to sign
1 date related to Rep field
2 places for Primary owner to sign
1 date related to Primary owner field
But somehow document is getting confused and showing me I have two signature fields, but taking me to only one place for signature and at date field i am getting something like "Signing Field" and I am not able to complete the signing ceremony.
I have attached the JSON which is getting generated and screenshot of document at eSignLive end while doing signing ceremony.
Please suggest if I am missing anything

Hello,
We're looking for a way for a signer to be able to Decline or Opt-Out from signing, but will still let us complete the package and persist the evidence summary.

hello,
this may no be the correct forum to post this question.
I've most likely overlooked this somewhere, however, where has the team published the various JSON schemas?
