Monday, October 23, 2023 at 06:21pmHere is the current situation. Document sent see attached (Agreement 17.pdf), document signed (Agreement 17_signed.pdf). Signed document do not have embedded signature. However, if downloaded from OneSpan portal it has the embedded signature. Please advise.

I now have a different issue. Documents being sent out by LF WF, signers get the doc and signed. But the flag never returned to LF as completed to finalized the WF.
