Auto Purging eSigned Documents

Hello,

Is there a method either within the full tenant or by template/document to have it so that the eSigned Documents are purged after a period of time? The reasoning or thoughts around this is that after documents are signed it keeps the history of it within the account that did the signing (which is great) but what if we wanted to remove that history or only keep certain amount of time within it and if there is the capability of having it automatically remove after a period of time or do we have to manually delete them.

Hi Joshua,

 

Thanks for your post! Auto purging can be configured via data retention rules. You should be able to find it via top menu > Admin > Data Retention.
