ID Verification Reports

ID Verification Reports are created by the system. These reports allow you to monitor IDV related transactions, and review verification results. Also included are the pass and fail reasons for each verification.

To access ID VerificationReports:

  1. From the Navigation Bar, click the Reports menu and select ID VerificationReports. The ID Verification Reports page appears.

  2. If you want to open a ID Verification Report, click its name. The table below describes the parameters that appear in a ID VerificationReport.

  3. If you want to download or delete a ID VerificationReport, select the report and click the download or delete icon.

  4. If you want to download or delete multiple ID VerificationReports at the same time, select their check boxes before you click the download or delete icon.

Parameter Description

account uid

The account's unique identification number

transaction uid

The transaction's unique identification number

idv transaction uid The unique identification verification number for the transaction.

sender uid

The sender's unique identification number

signer uid

A signer's unique identification number

Note: When a transaction has multiple signers, their delimiter is a vertical bar “|”. This convention applies to this parameter, and to all parameters below this one in this table.

document type selected The type of document selected to be used for ID verification purposes. For example, passport.
document type extracted The actual document type used for ID verification purposes. For example, passport.
country selected The issuing country of the document selected to be used for ID verification purposes.
country extracted The actual country of the document used for ID verification purposes.
state/province selected The issuing state or province of the document selected to be used for ID verification purposes.
state/province extracted The actual state or province of the document used for ID verification purposes.
verification result The result of the ID verification.
verification type The type of verification that was used for ID verification. For example, document verification.
name match status Indicates whether or not the name used for verification matched the existing name.
date of birth behavior Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
date of birth status Indicates whether or not the birth date used for verification matched the existing birth date.
document authenticated status Indicates whether or not the document used for verification matches the existing document.
document authenticated behavior Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
document supported status Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
document supported behavior Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
expiry date status Indicates whether or not the expiry date on the document used for ID verification is still valid.
expiry date behavior Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
address match status Indicates whether or not the address on the document used for ID verification matches the existing address.
address match behavior Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
provisional document status Indicates whether or not the provisional document used for verification matches the existing document.
provisional document behavior Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
selfie authenticity status Indicates whether or not the selfie used for ID verification matches the existing selfie.
selfie authenticity behaviour Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
liveness status Indicates whether or not the liveness (selfie with a smile) used for ID verification matches the existing liveness.
liveness behaviour Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
face similarity status Indicates whether or not the face used for ID verification matches the existing face.
face similarity behaviour Indicates whether or not the result is considered for the pass/fail ID verification (affected verification results) or not considered for the pass/fail ID verification (executed only).
