Account Reports

Account Reports are created by the system. They provide customers with information about actions on their OneSpan Sign account (e.g., when specific users joined the account).

To access Account Reports:

  1. From the Navigation Bar, click the Reports menu and select Account Reports. The Account Reports page appears.

  2. If you want to open an Account Report, click its name. The table below describes the parameters that appear in an Account Report.

  3. If you want to download or delete an Account Report, select the report and click the download or delete icon.

  4. If you want to download or delete multiple Account Reports at the same time, select their check boxes before you click the download or delete icon.

Parameter Description

account name

Name of the account

account uid

The account's unique identification number

account creation date

Date when the account was created

company name

Name of the company associated with the account

license start date

Start date of account's license

license end date

End date of account's license

license plan name

Plan name associated with the account license

user firstname

Sender’s first name

user lastname

Sender’s last name

user email

Sender’s email address

user creation date

Date when the user was created

user status

Status of the user

Possible values:

  • PENDING

  • ACTIVE

  • LOCKED

user is administrator

Flag that indicates if the user is an Admin or Manager.

Possible values:

  • TRUE

  • FALSE

user is owner

Flag that indicates if the user is the owner of the account

Possible values:

  • TRUE

  • FALSE

user company name

Name of the user's company

user phone number

The user’s phone number

user department

Department to which the user belongs
