Installing OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Box

Box Personal Accounts
Prerequisites
- You have a OneSpan Sign Production Account.
- You have a Box Personal Account.
The email address for your OneSpan Sign account must be the same as the email address for your Box account.
Action
To install the solution on a Box Personal Account:
- Log in to Box with your Personal Account credentials.
- In the Box menu bar, click your User Name, then click Apps.
- Search for "OneSpan Sign" using the Search Applications box at the top of the page.
- Depending on the location of your OneSpan Sign account, click the OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Box icon/link or the OneSpan Sign Canada icon/link. Then click + Add.
- A confirmation dialog box opens. Click OK to confirm. OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Box is now installed on your Box Personal Account.
Box Enterprise Accounts
Prerequisites
- You have a OneSpan Sign Production Account.
- You have a Box Enterprise Account.
The email address for your OneSpan Sign account must be the same as the email address for your Box account.
Action
To install the solution on a Box Enterprise Account:
- Log in to Box with your Enterprise Account credentials.
- Click the Admin Console tab at the top of the page.
- Click the Apps tab.
- Search for "OneSpan Sign" using the Search Applications input box at the top of the page.
- Select the Added by Default option for the application.
- Click Save. OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Box is now installed on your Box Enterprise Account.
