how to delete the package

Hi, I logged in my account and tried to delete some packages, but some of them seems can't be deleted (no trash bin icon). what's the cause for that? and how to delete it? please see my attached screenshot. thanks, Cindy

Hi Cindy, From those packages you can't delete, it seems that the account is not the owner of them, therefore doesn't have the permission to perform the action. You need to identify the person marked as Owner and delete from the person's dashboard. Duo
