We are having an intermittent issue with our REST API client. Normally, it posts the signing package create request in DRAFT status, posts the request to add reminders then posts a request to put the request into SENT status.

I have a Dynamics CRM which matches the Statuses of the ESign Packages and I need to reconcile them. Right now there are 28 Transaction in my Inbox, 16 Documents in Draft, 0 Archived and 29 in Trash. That's 73 Transactions total.

Hi Team, We are using POST reminders api to schedule reminders. Initialy, we are creating package in DRAFT status.  Secondly, we are calling reminders POST api to set reminders.  As a response, we are getting 404 error.
can we able to get the status for document level and signer level

Hi , I see there is an api to get the status for a package or a transaction . In same way can we able to get he status for the document and signer level.   Thanks Naresh S

Hey! As the title say - is there a way to see the exact creation time of a transaction? That goes for any status a transaction may be in (such as trashed). Not sure if I am missing something obvious, but searching the web has yielded no results! Thanks, Tom.

Using API key to archive transactions

We are having issues using the API key to archive messages.  We are getting a 403 error.  I removed the URL/and package number, but you can see the error below.
