How to implement signing method as 'Personal Certificate' with java sdk?

A client (Progeny Systems) wants to use PCC (Personal Certificate Client) with iFrame, and can't seem to find how to define the signing method. From the UI, under recipient settings -> Advanced tab, the signing method can be set to PCC.

Guys - I am able to set the Signer Verification to Personal Certification using the /api/packages/packageId/roles/roleId/verification POST api call. If I set the typeId to "personalCertificateSigning" this will allow me to set the signer to now have to use the signing certification.

Very new to this. One of our clients requires 'digital' vs 'electronic' signature - that is, the signer must have a PKI certificate and the private key of the user's certificate is used to create the signature.

Hi, when a smart card is used is the document also signed by a server certificate or something after all signers have signed? Also, how is non-repudiation retained when not using smart cards? Thanks, Jimmy
Signatures not trusted

Whenever we download completed signature documents from the platform and open them in external PDF viewers such as Adobe Acrobat, the signature fields say there is an issue and that the certificates are not trusted. Why is this happening and how can it be corrected?
