Hi Silanis team- I cannot find any documentation on the unit of measure used for the Signature block position (X,Y) and dimensions (Height,Width). Is it pixels? Points? Inches? Also, if anyone knows/remembers-- we are currently using Version 4.x / hosted of the Silanis framework.

We use subaccounts and I can use the API to create and rename them.  Is there an API call to get the current email signature block and then assign a new block if needed.  This is the only branding I need to do at the subaccount level because everything else is inherited from our primary

We have a client that requests a lot of changes to their PDFs, so we've decided to move from pixel-perfect C# signature placements (hand coded), to templates. The biggest problem I have right now is, in the template there is no where to say that the signature is optional.
Combining Approvals for same signer

Guys - I have a document with 4 signature fields. When I tried to combine the fields for the one signer, it didn't work. Do we have to create a new approval for each new field that we are trying to sign? If not, can I get a JSON Package example of how to do it since mine isn't working.

I'm experiencing an issue when I try to update a signature type from click-to-sign to capture, after a transaction is created. We have tried the modifySignature method using the Java SDK and it seems like this approach does not work.

We need to be able to use Signature Capture and turn off the click to sign functionality that is used for later signature blocks for specific documents.
