Hello,
I need help with an error message relatef to hornetq that we detected in one of our prod environments. The related package has 5 documents, 4 documents were successfully signed and the last one signing confirmation failed and produced this error.

Does anyone have a protip on how to quickly place signature anchors on a document? I am often guessing the top and left values and then creating a full transaction to see if I got close. Is there a faster way to get this positioning right?

Hi,
I'm integrating with the e-sign live api and have had some trouble with certain pdfs causing the signing ceremony to give me a blank page. After the package is created and a url is created the window appears blank. (Even the default-consent document won't show up).

I hit the REST API to try and delete a document from our package, and this is the response we got.

I have looked through the eSignLive documentation but without success. When creating a package, is it possible to restrict signers to be able to view certain pages of the document ?

Hello,
I am trying to find a way to get a document id. I am currently using a GET to retrieve a template ID that I made ahead of time, and then a POST to clone this template for a new transaction. I am not seeing any specfics on how I can find the document id after doing this. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to hide the Exit Document button?
Can it be done at the account level?
When I am creating a package, I am setting the HandOver (href, title, text ) object .
Will the hiding it at the account level , override this package level setting.

Here's the DOCUMENT_SIGNED push notification, I can't associate the sessionUser to either signer in the Package object returned from the SDK. (see the screen shot below, I have the signer Ids boxed in red)
Is this a known bug with the push notification? Can this be fixed?
