Hello, I am getting this error while generating eSign: Could not create a new package one step. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/api/packages.

Hi, I'm having a problem. When I define the payload to create the transaction, OneSpan overrides the attachment ID. For example, the user is required to attach 2 documents.

We are running into an issue where we have a SSN field that we need the signer to fill out, and want validation on it. I have set the Format to the SSN setting in my PDF and it works as designed. However once we upload and send out that as a OneSpan document we are losing that functionality.

Hello, I am trying to fill PDF form and upload and then change status to SENT to publish it. But Status SENT is not working. I am facing issue with that. It give error "The requested URL returned error: 400 Bad Request". I am able to fill PDF form and create a package with a draft in the account.
