Hey,So when I use OneSpan sign as myself (connected user to onespan in Salesforce under admin tab) I have no issues. But if I have another admin who has same permissions try to view a transaction record they get the Insufficient Privileges error. Any idea why this is happening?
Can you mix-and-match remote authenticated signing with in-person signing within a single signature package?

I created an OneSpan Sign sandbox account and I'm trying to connect via the Salesforce OneSpan app however when I try I get an API key is not valid error. Has anyone ran into this before?

Hi, Currently using APEX SDK to retrieve a template from OneSpanSign, then removing roles from the template as needed, if the number of signers change. I've currently defined 2 roles on the template, and am trying the scenario where only 1 is needed.

*OneSpan Sign does not seem to allow any/all changes to automatic reminders after Txn in question has been sent for signing, is this normal/correct behavior?

Hello, I get documentExtractError when create and send package with pdf document in REST API. It started when I added "extractAnchor".
