Hi,   in our current version 11.25, I found for callback event  i.e PACKAGE_READY_FOR_COMPLETE, the sessionUser has the account user id information in the request.

Hello, we have a scenario where we use ABCpdf to load a PDF document, populate form field values in the document and then use the document in an eSign package. When we try to send the package we receive a "Bad Request" response back: Could not upload document to package.

Hi, I am trying to create a transaction using a template and when I put myself as one of the signers, the tool displays a message saying that the signature settings for the signer will be removed (see the attached image).

Hi, When i was configuring idvworkflow configuration using REST api. I am getting the error message as "messageKey":"error.validation.invalidJson","technical":"Unexpected character ('-' (code 45)) in numeric value: expected digit (0-9) to follow minus sign.

We have registered Callback Event Notification on OneSpan Sign Web UI and Key is getting gernerated correctly. However, I am receiving below error on email as OneSpan Sign Sadnbox access is assigned to me only.
