I want to update the status in my database as soon as user sign the document. I haven't found code to get the status as soon as signer sign the document. I did register all the even using callback example code.

Guys, We've noticed on a few occasions that when you guys update your sandbox it almost always breaks our account that is tied to a Vault. Because of this it stops our workflow until the issue is resolved.

We use SSO so we don't sending out the invitation for users to activate their accounts.  How can I programmatically activate the accounts using the .NET SDK.  I can determine who's pending from the list of senders, but not sure how to update their status to ACTIVE.

I'm looking for information on the declined process. When a signer declines a document, what happens in the system? Does the signer status get updated or is this at a package level? What happens to the package?
