Hi,
We create a package from our Salesforce API and redirect the user to the signing URL in case of in-person signing.
Is it possible to remove the "Exit Signing" option from the "More Actions" menu?

I was trying to implement Call back service in Salesforce from One Span. I have implemented all the steps in Salesforce mentioned in Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3. But however when a transaction is completed in One Span my apex method is not being called. No logs as well.

I have been using this code:

I am new to the eSign process and need to be able to download a completed PDF document not a zip file with the document in it.

Is there a way to stop eSign from sending the document creation email to the signee? We load the document in an iframe and do not wish to have this email sent out, as it enables the signee to sign the document outside of our website. I'm not seeing an option to disable this in the SDK.

Hi Team, I have a scenario where we have to sign the documents using Hardware Tokens(from INDIA, issued by eMudra). For the POC purpose, i have created a sandbox account and trying to try this on sandbox.
Unfortunately i didn't find out how to enable this feature?

Hello,
I am creating package. After that I am writing data in that PDF via fields extraction. And downloading that PDF that is written. It was working perfect till now.
But suddenly today, The PDF is getting blank that is 0 size.
