Notary not being notified by email when sending package via REST API

Guys, I am building the JSON package and sending it up via the REST API. For whatever reason the system notifies the signers but the notary is not getting sent the email. I've tried changing the signing order to have the index on the notary be first but that still doesn't work.

Is there a way to use Silanis SDK to validate the signer's email address prior to actually creating the package? The email validation of the SDK during package creation seems stricter than usual email RegEx validations, and recognizes only a set of valid top-level domains.

First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:

After doing some 11.39 SANDBOX testing; seems retrieving Sender via Email works but retrieving Sender via Sender ID does not.

Hi, Signer email with all Capital letters, for example [email protected] does not generate signing ceremony token. But package id is generated. Can you please help me to solve this issue? Thanks.
