Our scenario:
Package is created, signed and completed at our premises.
We then allow the signer 5 days to go home and download the package.
However, we want to block the download if the signer takes longer than a certain number of days.

Hi There,
According to the requirements we have, if a person doesn’t completes the purchase by paying but has signed the documents, if that person comes back again after certain number of days, he needs to do the whole transaction again.

Hi there; my understanding has been there are 7 status's (Draft, In Progress[sent], Completed, Opted out, Declined, Archived and Trashed)
Does "Expired" count as a status? ( it's not included on OneSpan Account Summary report ).

Regarding Updates to Package data, there appears to be a date/time data field called "update". The Package also seems to have a similar date/time data field called "update" for Sender info contained inside a Package. Do these "update" fields get changed for any/all changes, or on

Hi,
Just a little bit of background first on what my objective is:
We have a Web Application for Institutions used by their staff (brokers). The Application which creates legal forms with merged data in PDF. The final output is a combined set of legal forms with merged data from the back end.
