Hi There, According to the requirements we have, if a person doesn’t completes the purchase by paying but has signed the documents, if that person comes back again after certain number of days, he needs to do the whole transaction again.

Hi, I've notice that I can make a document "Accept Only" in the eSignLive sandbox dashboard transaction creation page. I can simply click Accept Only and select the recipients I wish to accept the document and thats it. No need for signature, only acceptation.
Signer email link does not open document - specified package does not exist

First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:
