I have tried several times and waited for up to an hour - however signers are not getting notification email... I am able to get the SMS passcode but no email with link to sign... is the environment working?

I am using the LF Workflow extension to request signatures on documents. When the workflow successfully downloads the documents and stores them in the LF repository I am sending a follow-up email to the users in the original Forms process with a link to the stored document.

I have certain templates that I have to list the client's email and phone. I know that the FIELDS has some of the signer's info like Signer Name, Title, and Company, but can you also add Signer Email and Signer Phone?

Hi,
there are 2 questions want to ask:
1) when client click the opt out button in the signing ceremony, it redirect to login page, is it could be configured somewhere?
2) in the default email, it only showed the signer with email address, but not Signer's name, is it possible to update the email t
