Hi, We can generate package but not signing ceremony token from Safari browser. So, we see that package id is generated but we can not generate token when calling from safari browser. Can you please help for solving this issue? Thank you.

We are using subaccounts and I want to see what senders have rights in the main account and each subaccount.  Any suggestions on the API call to use?  I have access to the sender API keys and unique IDs if that helps.

Good day, I am using postman and have a few routines using the (CA) Sandbox API key and query layouts by email ID, which was working. I have another routine where I can delete the layout based on the ID copied from the routine described in the previous line.

Does a package automatically complete and close when the last signer signs? Is it possible to keep the package open - so we add another document for example - until we call an explicit operation to close/complete the package (even if everyone has completed signing)?

Hi,   Some of our overseas developers cannot call the sandbox API anymore, it says that the CloudFlare has banned their IP.   Is there anything that can be done to address this?   Regards,   Ilya
Redeliver Callback in case of Exception

Hi In case there is exception when we handle a call back from Silanis, can we send back a HTTP error response (4xx) to Silanis, so that Silanis can attempt to redeliver a callback. If Silanis does redeliver, then how many times will it attempt the redelivery. Regards Mario

Hello I created a package but removed the Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent. So I have a package with just one document. But when I try to sign it using the api call /packages/package_id/documents/signed_documents, I am not able to sign the document. What could the issue be here?

Hey team, I found the API call creating a package (or template ) on behalf of another user in your account in this documentation: https://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/rest_api/packages.htm#Create2 But there's no Java implementation. Any examples in Java SDK? Thanks in advance!
