I'm getting an object reference error when executing EslClient.ReportService.DownloadCompletionReport() for certain dates.
The last couple of days I’ve received the following exception using the eSignLive api:
Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslException: Could not download the completion report.

I'm working on a document where the signer is answering Yes/No questions, which I have set up as Radio fields (with radio groups) as Yes No options. We have different sections, where if the signer chooses a single Yes option, they need to fill in a text field to provide additional notes.

I have got into a very weird scenario today. Using Apex SDK to create package in OneSpan.
I have created a package in OS with placeholder1 assume roleId as 'ph01' and signer1 with roleid as 'signer01'

I am currently using VS Community 2017, I am set as a Manager within eSignlive, and I am in the US. I downloaded the .NET Usage Report.cs and put in the address https://apps.esignlive.com/api and I put in my API key.

Steps:
1. We are setting Sender for package and document has owner tag. So Sender has to sign first doc.
2. Creating package with Sender detail and adding signer / documents.
3. and then opening a popup in design mode.

Hi OneSpan Team - As per our requirement , the ESign process for 2 roles happen within the pega application process flow , We need not send emails to the Esign users
to complete the Esign process via email and on to the OneSpan site . Is there any way by which we can block sending emails to users .

We are grouping multiple forms into a package that will often have multiple signers. Are there some considerations for handling when a signer declines to sign one of the forms?

Is there any limit on the number of documents which we can upload to Eoriginal vault by specifying the vaulting_data.We are able to upload the documents upto 8 in a single transaction but when we try to upload more than 8, we are getting error from the OneSpan APIs.
