Hi, We would like to use the signer_complete event notification so that we get notified on when a signer for a given package has completed signing. Below is the event that we receive but the event has no indication of which signer signed it.

Hi, Is there a REST API that I can call and retrieve information about the position of the signature field(s) and metadata of a document? I would like to send a document Id/or package Id and get all the details of it.

Hi, I've notice that I can make a document "Accept Only" in the eSignLive sandbox dashboard transaction creation page. I can simply click Accept Only and select the recipients I wish to accept the document and thats it. No need for signature, only acceptation.

Hi Team, The integration program was run 3 times back to back(the program was submitted after completion of previous integration program).  For the 1st and 2nd time, the integration program went into error as follows: ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
