What is the programmatic difference between Opt-Out & Decline buttons?

From the UI perspective, it feels like "opting out", and "declining" are the same thing. Can you please explain what is occurring behind the scenes in the application that makes these buttons different? Otherwise, we are inclined to disable one of the buttons. Thanks

Using the OneSpanSign.sdk there is no document type for text files, which may or may not have the TXT extension.  I can drag and drop files via the UI into transactions but I don't see any easy way using the API to upload them.
Fed Ramp missing Label field

Greetings (again) Both programmatically and through the UI, I can not create a Label Field and associate it to a signature on the Fed Ramp Tenant. This feature is available on the Commercial Tenant Will this be fixed soon? What else is missing/different between Commercial and Fed Ramp? Jim

Hi, In sandbox, with classic UI, I created the package with 'in person' signing enabled, from desktop, I can see the 'in person' dropdown showed in the signing ceremony, but in mobile device, I don't see the dropdown. is it as expected?   thanks, Cindy

We have the thank you dialog box for signing ceremony disabled for our signers, and it doesn't show up when you finish signing on a desktop. However the thank you messaging still shows when finished signing on a mobile device. Is there a way to hide this on the mobile UI as well?
Download Evidence Summary in SENT status

Currently the Evidence Summary download button is only added to the UI when the transaction has been completed. Wondering if there is a way to have the Summary generate upon the Send command? We are needing to have evidence we sent the transaction/documents, even if the Recipient never opens the doc

i have created a signature for the owner in UI and map some label which is common for all signers to the owner. i need to update the signature of the owner to zero through code so that the signature will not be visible to other signers . How we can achieve this ?

Team, We have required to have the Auto signed by the user , i.e we wanted have a check box on the UI that says Acknowledge and when the user check's this box the Document should be marked as "Signed by XYZ on datatime" on a specified page . Please let know if this is possible. Regards Surya

Hi OSS Community Team, For signer person ui we use OneSpan signing URL (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/authentication?target=https://sandbox.esignlive.com/transaction/{:transactionId}/sign&loginToken=******) to get data, in this case we get HTML page.

Hi, When preparing a document through the web UI, I can't see any option to add a DatePicker field to the document. When I say DatePicker, I'm talking about a field where the recipient gets to choose a date.
