We are trying to use the REST API for creating packages, documents etc and currently we are using the API key in the request header to send the requests.
However, we are not sure if we need to use the Authentication Token while sending the requests or use the API key in the request header.

We have a customer that will have their signers access the signing page after they have already been authenticated in out customers personal system. They want to know if there is any way to get a signing URL that will not have to go through Silanis Authentication (sms, kba, etc).

I tried sendUI to use Q&A authentication for remote signing, I found there is no any restriction for answer. I'd like to know if anywhere in the account can set restriction for the answer?
