I am getting the following error. I'm using the code in a Salesforce Flow. This works perfectly in the first sandbox. But I'm beginning to move this to production and something is not working. I've spent about 4 hours trying to figure this out with no luck.

I am getting this error while generating the signing URL:
Could not sign documents. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. HTTP POST on URI https://apps.e-signlive.ca/api/packages/-XN_Sbs1bSm9Hbs1x3dqpUWdBUk=/documents/signed_documents.

Hi,
when we use SDK to create a package, and got error message "error.eslx.inputValidation.documentExtractFieldType",
please be advised what it's for and what's the root cause for this error message.

I am trying to submit a merged document and consistently getting this error. The document is passing Adobe Acrobat Preflight. Is there any additional insight into probable causes of this: error.validation.createProcess.missingData?

I a not able to create a package from a template as I receive the following error message :
