Is it possible to update the handover urls everytime a different user accesses the package? We have users who will access the document via sa personalised URL and we are hoping that after signing it would navigate them back to their personal url.

I am using onespan for sending documents for signing.Is there a way to add custom fields while creating a package? When i am sending the mail for people to sign the document, i make use of fields such as $PACKAGE_NAME and $PACKAGE_OWNER_EMAIL in my html file.
Sandbox access lost from one machine but not another

We've been using the sandbox for testing. We use the sandbox from our development machines and a server. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago. We cannot get documents signed using the test server. I know we were able to get documents signed using the test server last December.

Hi, I'm using the iOS SDK to let the user self sign a pdf document. I need to define a different UI concept for the signing ceremony screens. modifying the SDK's storyboard is not good enough in my case. can I achieve it somehow with your SDK or API? thanks, Ram

Hi, we are having integrated solution with our front end using eSignLive as the back-end. On the signing ceremony the first user after signing documents and completing his part of workflow does not get message what do do next. Is this an expected behaviour? If not how to fix it?

Once a customer submits a document for signature, does the system automatically cancel the submission after a certain amount of time? We have an application that is using the .Net API to submit documents for signature.
