Hi!
Do you know if I can retrieve the fields that I configure in the template layout? I know that we have available an evidence summary, but is possible to retrieve this fields by an API service? Not as a pdf but as metadata.

If we submit a ticket and have a user moved from one of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts to another of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts, does this also move their transactions, templates, layouts, etc.?

We are trying to test the connection status to make sure there is not issues with a firewall. Since you do not have a test connection parameter baked into the .Net SDK we just created the new ESL client then make a request for existing doc's or layouts or something.

Guys,
I know this has come up before but I cannot seem to find the topic where it did.
I am sending a custom logo for use in in the layout settings, on the package object. All of my signers with the exception of the notary signers are able to see it.

Our integration with eSignLive includes some document merge functionality - where users create a layout for a "template document".

It would be nice if there was a way for the document owner to view (read-only of course) the document exactly as the signer sees it.
Our layout on the document is not visible to us, but is visible to the signer/customer.

This Copy Tool question is from another customer. They are trying to migrate all templates and layouts from all senders in their Sandbox account to those same users in the Production account. I should point out that they are not using subaccounts
