We are an on prem installation running version 7.2. We have integrated with OneSpan using the .Net SDK and we are looking to add KBA functionality to our integration. We have some questions that we were hoping you could help answer:

Hi,
1) in our on-prem version, I don't see the authentication for recipient can use KBA, and also I tried in the sandbox, doesn't see it either. Would you please let me know in which version KBA is available and how to use it?

Hi,
In the CA sandbox environment we ran into the following error when uploading a package using the .NET SDK. The package had multiple signers with the same email address. As OneSpan now supports signers with the same email, we were not expecting to get any errors.

We have a template in eSign which uses custom label to populate values in the document with signer information e.g signer DOB, SSN. Currently our user use bulk file upload feature to create multiple packages for each signer in the One Span Application.

Hi,
Where can I find documentation about Roles and Signers, and how they are intended to be used?
I see that Roles accept an array of Signers but I couldn't find a sample of when multiple Signers are being added to that array, I have only seen a 1 to 1 (one role - one signer) examples.
