Hi,
We have the requirement to display the user whose email has bounced. We have used EMAIL_BOUNCE event, but that event is not having all the information it feels. Please propose a possible way to get the data during EMAIL_BOUNCE.

Is there any way to get the password to unlock a file that has been signed in OneSpan? Our users sometimes need to edit the document in Adobe after it has been signed. I have seen a couple other similar questions here, but no definitive answer on whether or not that is possible.

Hi,
we are having integrated solution with our front end using eSignLive as the back-end.
On the signing ceremony the first user after signing documents and completing his part of workflow does not get message what do do next.
Is this an expected behaviour? If not how to fix it?

Question on Remote Sign, where the signer receives an email. If the signing order is set, is OneSpan supposed to automatically email the next-in-order?

Hi!
Is there a way to update role/roles (already created) in package with Q&A challenges?
I have tried PUT on '/api/packages/:packageId/roles/:roleId' but it seems as though the auth part of my request is being ignored.

We have developed an API service wrapper for OneSpan Sign, using .NET framework 4.7.2. This service is currently deployed within an Azure Service App. We are investigating the possibility of moving this service to a container and running it within a Kubernetes cluster (likely AKS in Azure).
