Is there a way to stop eSign from sending the document creation email to the signee? We load the document in an iframe and do not wish to have this email sent out, as it enables the signee to sign the document outside of our website. I'm not seeing an option to disable this in the SDK.

Hi, Could you please let us know what limits does esignlive put on the files being uploaded for digital signing? - size of file in MBs - # of pages in a given file We've observed that we've a 2.6mb file with about 200 pages and it won't upload via the UI or via the API route. thanks Neel
Resending a Signing Invitation doesn't work

Hi, resending a signing invitation doesn't work. Not in the Sandbox and also not from the Web UI. I actually don't believe I am making a mistake using both. Maybe the problem is in our package coding, wich however works fine with all other REST APIs we are using.
Is it possible to add a tooltip help text to a Radio button using the API?

Regarding Updates to Package data, there appears to be a date/time data field called "update".  The Package also seems to have a similar date/time data field called "update" for Sender info contained inside a Package.  Do these "update" fields get changed for any/all changes, or on

Hi , We are using our own twilio to send SMS. Once the User clicks on the link from email , onespan will call the Callback url configured in account settings with the OTP. And we inturn ,send it to the users by our Twilio account

I am having a problem with the Laserfiche Connector: I select a document in LF then click "Send with OneSpan" The document shows in the list of Documents on the Create New Transaction screen. I add the sender's email, name, and signers then click Create.
