I have the following Approval being set for a 3 page document and the alignment is considerably off. What is the unit of measurement for the top/left/width/height values? I am receiving these values from a vendor so it may be something with what they are sending.

How would iframe behave in the case where there are multiple signers for a document(s)? Will the page we embed auto update (such as it does moving from one document to the next) for each person to apply their signatures?

Hello, Am receiving the below error on deleting a document. When does this error occur? "Exception":"Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslServerException: Could not delete document from package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

Hi See Attachment Here's the DOCUMENT_SIGNED push notification, I can't associate the sessionUser to either signer in the Package object returned from the SDK. (see the screen shot below, I have the signer Ids boxed in red) Is this a known bug with the push notification? Can this be fixed?

Hi, We are using the following API to retrieve the signer signing url GET /packages/{packageId}/roles/{roleId}/signingUrl We are controlling the signing process from within our host application by providing the signing url to the signer as an iframe within our application.

The onespan Java sdk (sdk-11.51-jar-with-dependencies.jar) contains a version of netty (4.1.74.Final) that has security vulnerability CVE-2022-24823, the sdk-11.51.jar has references to it,  and our company (and clients) won't allow it to be deployed with security vulnerabilities.

Hello, Once all the signing ceremony is completed, there is one email notification getting triggered from "e-SignLive " to all the signers by including package owner in "CC" of that email. Email notification reference is here: Signing is completed for e-SignPackage
