Hi,Good day!   Requirement-While sending a transaction, we don't want the recipient to receive the mail with the url to sign. Steps taken-We tried disabling the emailDelivery field, but still the recipient is able to receive the mail.

Is there any way how we can authenticate the signing process using email address rather than the phonenumber. The scenario to be more precise is that after eslClient.SendPackage(packageId); When we get the signingUrl back, we would want to authenticate it via email. I have found the authentication

Hello, We are getting exception when we try to add signers to package with same email. We are receiving message - 'The email is already in use for package'. So, is there a way we can add signers with same email to the package? Thanks, Sushma

Hi Team, Received callback event 'EMAIL_BOUNCE' for domain  'fgtb.be'. but BP is claiming that it is a valid customer email id, Are there any restrictions on some domains? is there any way to validate the email id?
