Is there anyway to suppress the automatic email to signers on package creation? We would like to give our application user the option to sign now (we will retrieve signing URLs), or sign by email (appears to be sent automatically at package creation).

I've heard email mentioned as an alternative to using the REST API to retrieve completed packages. We have the ability to create an email address and any attachments sent to that email address get imported directly into our imaging system.

We use subaccounts and I can use the API to create and rename them.  Is there an API call to get the current email signature block and then assign a new block if needed.  This is the only branding I need to do at the subaccount level because everything else is inherited from our primary

User getting error "No Role found for signer email [email address]"

Our client is receiving the above error message when trying to send a package. We are not creating and sending a CustomID, so not sure what the problem is.
