Hey,So when I use OneSpan sign as myself (connected user to onespan in Salesforce under admin tab) I have no issues. But if I have another admin who has same permissions try to view a transaction record they get the Insufficient Privileges error. Any idea why this is happening?

Hello, Let's say I make three transactions offline. When I get connectivity back, the SDK automatically sync the three transactions and I receive data in the callback with didSynchronizeTransaction(). However, I only get a GUID but I don't know which of the three transactions is has been synced.

We are using Apex SDK to create transaction in OneSpan, we aren't using OneSpan Salesforce Connector. We have API key for authentication. When the user create transactions in OneSpan from SF, sender is always OneSpan's user attached to master account.

Team, I am looking for help with below scenarios 1) To add a signer to a transaction, is signer emaild id mandatory in signer json request? 2) What if we have a scenario, where a couple wants to use same email id, but both has to be setup as signers in a transaction?
