We are attempting to make fields read only in our OneSpan package. We are trying to use the API to mark them. We cannot find the way to mark dates read-only.
The preference would be to mark them read only using the API, so that they all work similarly.

Hello, we have a scenario where we use ABCpdf to load a PDF document, populate form field values in the document and then use the document in an eSign package. When we try to send the package we receive a "Bad Request" response back:
Could not upload document to package.

Seeing how to set the inPerson(Boolean) at the DocumentPackage level. Is there any way to set this attribute at the signer level? Our workflow has the possibility that some signers will be in person and others will be remote.

We are running into an issue where we have a SSN field that we need the signer to fill out, and want validation on it. I have set the Format to the SSN setting in my PDF and it works as designed. However once we upload and send out that as a OneSpan document we are losing that functionality.

We'd like to configure an internal SMS Provider into our "on premise" eSignLive platform. The Platform Administrators guide suggests that this can be done by simply making the appropriate settings to the core.properties file.

In the options for a Txn a reminder can be setup:
a) What is data element internal to package that controls whether reminding is be set?
b) What is data element internal to package that specifies # of days to wait until sending reminder?c

I am using the On Premise verson 6.5 and recently tried to download the evidence document from a finished package. However that document was blank.

I'm looking for more information on the expiration date. Can you tell me how the date and time is stored on your end? And then what is checked when the expired callback event is sent?
I would like to set it to expire today, but I get an error message saying the date must be in the future.
