I know there is a tool to copy templates and layouts between users.  I want to add that ability to my own tool we have for our help desk.  Is there an example of how to do this in .NET that already exists?

I have used the copy tool and would like to have the ability to also delete templates and layouts in each of our accounts? The LOB would like the ability to be able to clean up the templates and layouts in their account.

Hi.... I followed the instructions to copy the layout/templates from the Sandbox to Prod environment and received the message that they were successfully copied. However, when I log into the account in PROD, the layout/templates are not there. I have attached a screenshot of the message

Hi, Recently, I tried us copy-tool v1.6.0 copy layouts from on-prem to CA sandbox account, and I got error (see attachment), any idea? but it's successful to copy template between on-prem and CA sandbox.   thanks, Cindy

Hi, I am trying to use the OSS - Template and Layout Copy Tool to copy a template from my Sandbox test account to our Production account.  I enter the Source/Destination API keys and environments and hit Test Connection.  I am informed that all API keys are valid.

Hi, Before copying the layout & template, we'd like to backup the source account setting first ( or just backup the existing layout and templates)  in case something goes wrong. so what do you suggest the best way to backup the account ?   thanks,

I downloaded the copy tool then made the mistake of setting it to be opened with Acrobat. What should it be opened with? I have downloaded the JRE environment.  I have used this tool several times but this is a new laptop. Thanks for the help.

Hi Duo; This Copy Tool question is from another customer. They are trying to migrate all templates and layouts from all senders in their Sandbox account to those same users in the Production account. I should point out that they are not using subaccounts
