Our application submits signing packets via the REST API and receives callback notifications. Our application is not equipped to send emails, though, and our business line wants to receive an email for each notification. Is it possible for One Span to email the callback notifications?

Using REST API to create the package along with the documents and return a response package id. After that, we initiate a REST API signerAuthenticationToken passing packageId and email address of the signer which then redirect to an iframe to begin the signing ceremony.

It seems that there is no event notification for when an email is blocked. Say an email is used multiple times for a signer and that email bounces. Eventually it gets caught by OneSpan and is now "blocked" if that email is again used for a signer.

Through the REST API, make the email notifications configurable much like configuring the signing ceremony layout on a package by package basis. The user experience can be somewhat confusing when one completes a sign ceremony online and then receives an email requesting a signature.

I believe "sending of email" has been turned off on the sandbox I am using. we don't want them to send because sign them in the IFrame.

Hello,
Once all the signing ceremony is completed, there is one email notification getting triggered from "e-SignLive " to all the signers by including package owner in "CC" of that email.
