When requesting a signer session token via REST API, we pass the packageId and signerId. How does the signerId: [email protected] match up with the json package?

In our code, we are using the change signer feature.
.CanChangeSigner()
Once a new signer is assigned, the eSL server generates random signer ID.
How can we get the signerID using .net to get the signing status of this signer.
Please note that we can't use callbacks in our environment

We are in process of changing OneSpan SDK to OneSpan REST
In SDK we are retrieving the status using GetSigningStatus(objPackageId, signerId, null) which giving us 'InActive' status as output.
