Lets say that we have 3 signers. Is there a workflow for when we have to change signers for a document that has already been signed by one of the other signers involved?

When i was configuring idvworkflow configuration using REST api. I am getting the error message as "messageKey":"error.validation.invalidJson","technical":"Unexpected character ('-' (code 45)) in numeric value: expected digit (0-9) to follow minus sign.

We have an account with IDV enabled. We just wanted to confirm whether it is necessary for us to use the Retrieve IDV workflow api call before setting the authentication for a signer as "DV" or "DVF" while creating a package using create package api.

Hi,
When creating the package programatically (using the REST API / Java SDK), can we configure signer workflow? i.e. signer1 signs first and then signer2.
The default behavior is that there is no workflow i.e. all signers get notified simultaneously.

We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end.

I'm trying to piece all of the elements together to build workflows with your APIs, but there are some gaps in my understanding that I need to fill in. The workflows I'm trying to build are Digipass Activation and Login/Challenge/Response.
