Error when changing signer email address
Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 03:48pmMy transactions usually have the same signer for the first and third signer. I give the signer the sending URL and they enter their own name and email address for the first and third signer, and they enter the second signer's name and email address as well.
On a recent transaction, the first and third signer made a typo when he entered the third signer email address. He signed first, the other person signed second, but that's as far as we can go because the email address for the third signer is invalid. When I try to fix the email address, I get "ERROR: The recipient email is already in use for this transaction."

Please be aware that "External signers can have same name and email" feature is only applicable to external signers who don't have sender profile in OneSpan Sign. However for this specific transaction, "[email protected]" is a sender in FedRAMP production environment. In this case, can the user provide another email which they have access to?
