Using answers files

After installing OneSpan Authentication Server, the Installation Wizard will automatically launch. To use the answers file, skip the Installation Wizard and launch the Configuration Wizard from a terminal window with the ‑‑import parameter.

To use an answers file

  1. Open a command-line prompt.
  2. Change to the binary installation directory, i.e. %PROGRAMFILES%\VASCO\IDENTIKEY Authentication Server\bin\ by default.
  3. Type the following command:

    ikconfigwizardgui.exe --import=path\filename.ini

Ensure that all the edits have been completed, as any value that is in the answers file will be used to configure OneSpan Authentication Server.
